Metal-work

The tube material arrives in bulk and is checked upon arrival being for diameter of the tube, material thickness and finish. These tubes, and other basic materials such as cylinders and sheet metal, are converted by Handicare Bathroom Safety into finished products which meet the highest quality standards. The tubes are cut to the right size by a fully automated cutting machine and thereafter bent to the required shape for product manufacture.

This is precision work; the parts have to fit very well in order to produce a perfect product. During the manufacturing process, materials are punched, drilled and welded by our skilled workers at the metal department.

 

With utmost care, our products are formed and assembled to produce finished units that are worthy of the LinidoSolutions brand name.

Coating

After having come from the metal department, the material is finished with a high quality epoxy coating, which comes coloured white as a standard, but is also available in 4 other attractive colour finishes.

 

Because of the daily and intensive use of our products in environments that are often damp, it is extremely important that the chemical pre-treatment is checked at all times during the process. In that way the attachment of the coating to the metal parts is firmly and durably fixed. After the thorough pre-treatment the parts are coated, which not only makes the products appear smooth, but also allows for easy cleaning and provides a high degree of corrosion resistance.

Assembly

In our assembly area our products are assembled into the finished articles. The grab rails are fitted with plastic wall flanges; the hinged arm supports are completed with plastic wall plates; seats, chairs and shower trolleys are fitted with our HT-cover material, etc.

Great care is taken to achieve Handicare Bathroom Safety finish quality during manufacture, and also the function of each product is carefully checked. After that the products are packed, ready for shipment!

Shipping department

Large volumes of products are sent on a daily basis to our plumbing, medical and rehabilitation dealers. The Netherlands is our main area of distribution, however: products are also shipped to international destinations on a daily basis as well, including the whole of Western-Europe, North-America and Asia.
